Mollie A.Whitehead graduated Magna Cum Laude and with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Mollie received her Juris Doctor degree from The American University, Washington College of Law.  While attending American, Mollie was a student attorney for the Women and the Law
Clinic, a staff member for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law, and a Dean's Fellow.

Mollie is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She has been with Michael I-I. Erde & Associates since September of 2007. Mollie resides in Chicago with her husband.
